My Nutrition & Wellness Philosophy
I believe that a healthy diet starts with a healthy relationship with food. In my book, all foods are good foods- it's just a matter of balance, moderation, and listening to your body's needs. I like to focus on the positive aspects of eating, like what foods to fill your plate with. Life is too short to waste time worrying about what NOT to eat, and following strict food rules or diets will do more damage to your health and mind than an occasional ice cream cone ever will. Eating well is something to be excited about, and I like showing people how to have fun with it!
